Our Business

How Our Golf Franchise Is Structured

TGA is a leader in youth sports franchising and a trusted provider of introductory and recreational programming for golf, tennis, pickleball and other team-based sports. We offer a curriculum that helps young players improve their skills and develop a passion for the game while providing a pathway to engage with sports in a way that works best for them.

Our Player Pathway

TGA’s Player Pathway was designed to help kids develop skills and progress their game. We offer several ways for kids to engage in sports, from enrichment classes to camps to clinics. Some locations also offer leagues and tournaments, private lessons, themed parties, and family events.

Our Player Pathway drives repeat business and increases the value proposition for parents. This Pathway also allows for children to grow with TGA, as we offer programs for every age and stage. As one of our tennis and golf franchise owners, you’ll offer programs in schools, community centers, recreational camps, and at tennis courts and golf courses.

Each of the following programming types represents a step in our Player Pathway to help guide our parents and encourage our students to Keep Playing!®

After-School Enrichment

  • Owner's Benefit →
  • From The Parent/Child Perspective →
  • You’re provided resources to partner with schools, community centers, and parks and recreation locations.
  • These school and community-based partners provide the marketing channels to promote your programs directly to parents.
  • Hosted at Pre-K, elementary and middle schools, community centers, and parks and recreation locations in six 10-week sessions, 3 - 4 times per school year.
  • Parents enjoy the convenience of programs offered after school, while kids learn from trained coaches, receive an introduction to sports, develop skills, and build a passion for the game.

Camps

  • Owner's Benefit →
  • From The Parent/Child Perspective →
  • Partner with golf courses, tennis clubs, community centers, and parks and recreation departments to offer seasonal recreational programs including camps, leagues, and tournaments.
  • Camps demand higher price points and have higher profit margins and are an essential building block for your business.
  • You’re provided training and resources to market these opportunities to existing and new customers.
  • Hosted as recreational programs (seasonal and year-round) at golf courses, tennis facilities, parks, and fields.
  • TGA camps offer students an opportunity to further improve skills, develop fundamentals, and advance their game in a fun and non-competitive environment.
  • Half-day and full-day camps provide parents with flexibility and support during spring break, holidays, and the summer months.

Family Events

  • Owner's Benefit →
  • From The Parent/Child Perspective →
  • As your customer base grows, you’ll have opportunities to engage the entire family and generate awareness and interest in your local community.
  • Families have an opportunity to enjoy being active and playing together while experiencing a ‘taste’ of TGA.

Leagues & Tournaments

  • Owner's Benefit →
  • From The Parent/Child Perspective →
  • Semi-competitive leagues and tournaments provide another way to play and can be the ‘bridge’ to partnering with competitive leagues and club teams for monetized referrals.
  • Team-based recreational leagues and tournaments encourage practice to further develop skills while having fun, promoting teamwork, and building camaraderie.
